Manchester Pacific Gateway Navy Administration Building

San Diego, CA

As part of the Manchester Pacific Gateway development, the Naval administrative building’s 17 stories were covered with architectural precast using three different colors. The design of the facade also included medium and light sandblasted panels. This project utilized prefabrication, meaning the panels were manufactured offsite, including punched windows and insulation.
