I personally would save the $5790 and drop the Sasquatch package. You would be better off building your own with the manual transmission and buy your own 35" tires and add lockers front and rear and a mild lift kit. Would probably save a few thousand and have the manual and keep 16" wheels.

So I say base, with 2.3 and 7 speed. Rock rails, modular bumper and brush guard, aux switches, and floor liners for $32,070.
Then go get a Badlands winch and all accessories for under $1000, lunchbox locker rear and air locker front, A 2" lift, and some LT315/75R16 on the stock wheels if they are wide enough. If not settle for a 255/85R16 which would probably look really good and is a taller tire than on the Badlands package. $35-36k total.

Black Diamond is my favorite. Even without the sasquatch you get a decent offroader with rock rails, skid plates and a rear locker. Also added the advanced 4×4 system with the V6 and still came out under 50K. Very happy and excited

35" stock and stock winch are awesome but could done with 16 inch rims i really love 16"s . maybe because wrangler and 4runner popularized 17" rim off road tires? idk. but more offroader on market is always good.

Why do they not offer the option of forgoing carpet in the floor on vehicles like this completely? The rubber flooring is just so easy to clean and care for.

I guess another topic would be should you load up and spec this vehicle out. My thoughts are we are getting to the end of combustion engines (Biden) and these will be grandfathered in, so they'll have to last a lifetime.

Configurator must have a lot of bugs. Can't add sound deadening to Black Diamond Sasquatch package, but base can.

      2-door Base 2.7L Rapid Red
      Sasquatch
      Auxiliary Switches
      Sound Deadening Headliner
      Roof Rack

310HP & 400 lbft torque. More offroad capability than 99% of us buyers will ever use. 35” tires, proper gearing, and a lift from factory. All for under $40k. Not bad.

Hi Andre, does this build package include the front sway bar disconnect? I have heard that the 7 speed manual will possibly be available with the Sasquatch package. If it is would you recommend the manul over the automatic because of the super low crawl ratio, or is a manual too difficult to use on rough off road terrain compared to an automatic? Can you get the hose out interior with built in drains on this level? Thank you for this review, and your response.

I prefer 4 Door Bronco option better. That will be proper competition to compare with Wrangler Rubicon 4 Door.

I've been waiting for the Bronco for years. But I'm out. Base 2 door with Sasquatch $52 000 Canadian. I can almost get two XL Rangers with FX4 for that price.

What is the wheel travel on the Sasquatch? Getting clearance at the expense of limited travel is a dubious choice.

You are not building the most "off-road capable" bronco (as you stated) if you're not starting with the badlands. Badlands is the only model that comes with the automatic sway bar disconnect.

I can't be the only one more interested in seeing what the Bronco Sport can do instead of the big Bronco, right?

I figure the big Bronco is already a known quantity, right? It's a ballin' Jeep with some quality-of-life improvements. It has more capability than almost any driver will be comfortable using, and at the highest level of performance, the IFS vs solid axle comparisons will just be splitting hairs. I'm definitely not saying it's not the coolest darn thing ever, but from the perspective of a Youtube viewer, I've already seen a Jeep drive up a cliff wall a billion times to royalty-free music. Now all I'll be seeing is a Bronco badge instead, and everyone freaking out that there's a place to store the doors.

What I haven't seen is someone doing a "No Pavement Needed"-esque showdown with a built-ish Subaru, , built-ish (and working lol) Defender, built-ish Cherokee, and now a built-ish Bronco Sport. Sure, there are vlog channels for each of these vehicles individually, but still no big media channel has done anything long-term with them together.

The Ford Bronco is a model line of SUVs that were manufactured and marketed by Ford from 1965 to 1996. The first sport-utility vehicle marketed by Ford, the Bronco was initially a compact design based on its own chassis, competing against the Jeep CJ-5 and International Harvester Scout.
